NEWCASTLE AIRPORT OPEN
Weather conditions in the region have affected Newcastle International Airport this morning. The runway at Newcastle Airport was closed from approximately 02.10- 09.00 this morning, due to the heavy snow fall over night. Through the tremendous efforts of our operational team, the runway is now clear and the airport is open. Several flights are subject to delays. Our advice for passengers with flights from Newcastle today is to check our website at www.newcastleinternational.co.uk before travelling to the airport, or to contact their airline.
