Planning and administration charge
The initial location visit is free of charge. Thereafter, hourly planning and administration charges apply.

Escort charge - Landside
A minimum of one NIA escort is required to accompany the film crew at all times. Additional escorts may be required.

Filming charge - Landside This charge applies to filming in all areas of the airport site that are landside of security search and have no access restrictions.

This charge applies to filming in all areas of the airport site that are landside but not accessible to the public (e.g. aviation academy).

A minimum of one NIA escort is required for every six members of the production team during airside filming. Additional escorts may be required.

Film crew and equipment are subject to a separate security screening process for access to airside location.

Use of an airside escort vehicle plus driver is required for all filming on the airfield and outer apron.
