A £5 administration charge will be made to retrieve any items.
Please note the following charges will apply should you wish your lost property to be posted to you by special delivery:
- Small item = £6 + £5 administration charge
- Medium item = £11 + £5 administration charge
- Large light item = £16 + £5 administration charge
- Large heavy item = call 0191 214 3367 for quote
Payment will be required before dispatch. Please note this office is open between 09:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 15:00.
